CARE INFORMATION
This is a hand-made item please treat it with care and it will last you a long time. This should not be left in extreme heat or cold. It should not be dropped on the floor, do not throw it in the bottom of a purse or backpack. You will damage your lanyard beads. Hang when not in use. Your lanyard will last you a long time if you take proper care of your beads and lanyard. To clean your beads use mild soap and water.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped. This does not include the day you ordered, weekends, holidays or actual transit time. BE SURE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION (email and phone number) and SHIPPING INFO IS CORRECT. Any shipping issues or return-to-sender packages based on customer shipping input errors will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
