CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION
Be sure to include as much detail in the text box as possible so that I have a good understanding of what you would like your hall passes to look like. You can also upload any inspiration images that you think may help me. IMPORTANT I will do my best to get your design with all the elements you are asking for as close to your vision as possible based on the space available in design area.
CARE INFORMATION
Spot clean only. Do not drop. Do not use an abrasive scrubber to clean.
SHIPPING INFORMATION & TURN AROUND TIME
Please allow up to 10 business days for the mockup to be emailed. At that time you can make any necessary changes. ONCE WE HAVE AGREED ON A FINAL DESIGN allow up to 10 additional business days for the order to be shipped. That does not include the day you order, weekends, holidays, or actual transit times. If you order another item that has a longer shipping time, this item will ship together with the other item. Any shipping issues or return to sender packages based on customer shipping input errors will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Check your tracking number in your email order confirmation for shipping updates.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Changes to your order CANNOT be made once the order is placed and multiple orders CANNOT be combined. 30-day warranty. Not responsible for damage to the item due to improper care.
