CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION
Be sure to include as much detail in the text box as possible so that I have a good understanding of what you would like your hall pass holder to look like. You can also upload any inspiration images that you think may help me. IMPORTANT I will do my best to get your design with all the elements you are asking for as close to your vision as possible based on the space available in design area. You have to take into consideration there needs to be space available for the name and hook holes. Please allow up to 10 business days for the mock up to be emailed. At that time you can make any necessary changes.

HARDWARE INSTALLATION
The 6 hooks are to be installed by the buyer to avoid damage during shipping. Hardware is included. Take great care in screwing hardware. They need to be screwed and straight and not over tighten. The warranty is voided if the hardware is not installed properly and damage occurs to the hall pass holder.

ONCE WE HAVE AGREED ON A FINAL DESIGN Allow up to 10 business days for orders to be shipped. BE SURE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION (email and phone number) and SHIPPING INFO IS CORRECT. Any shipping issues or return-to-sender packages based on customer shipping input errors will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Check your tracking number in your email order confirmation for shipping updates.
Changes to your order CANNOT be made once the order is placed and multiple orders CANNOT be combined.
