ACTUAL TIMES SLOTS ARE BOOKED IN CENTRAL STANDARD TIME! DETERMINE WHAT TIME THAT WILL BE IN YOUR TIME ZONE AND THAT IS WHEN YOUR SESSION WILL BEGIN! DO NOT EMAIL ME OR SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGE ME WITH LOG ON ISSUES OR QUESTIONS ABOUT SESSION TIMES. YOU MUST SEND ME A MESSAGE ON MY WEBSITE CHAT FEATURE ONLY!

When you book your time slot you will receive an email about details for your booking and how to connect to the Zoom video call. If you cannot find the email with the link for the meeting CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER! Please make sure that you are aware of how the Zoom video call will work, connect, and have added the necessary software or apps so that our connection will be seamless. TEST OUT THE ZOOM VIDEO CALL LINK PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION SO YOU CAN BE ASSURED THAT THINGS WILL RUN SMOOTH FOR YOU DURING YOUR ACTUAL BOOKING TIME! If you have an issue with accessing your meeting at your scheduled time you need to MESSAGE ME ON MY WEBSITE CHAT FEATURE ONLY! Messaging me there gives me an immediate notification to assist you. If you try to email or send me a social media message it may get sent to spam or I may not see it until hours later or see it at all!
