HARDWARE INSTALLATION
The 6 hooks are to be installed by the buyer to avoid damage during shipping. Hardware is included. Take great care in screwing hardware. They need to be screwed and straight and not over tighten. The warranty is voided if the hardware is not installed properly and damage occurs to the hall pass holder.

During the ordering process, please include what name you would like on your item. Double check that your name has been entered, saved, and spelling is correct. Accent marks will not be included. If you would like it to be left blank, type "No Name" in the text box. Your customization will be made EXACTLY the way you enter it when you place your order.

Spot clean only. Do not drop. Do not use an abrasive scrubber to clean.
SHIPPING INFORMATION & TURN AROUND TIME
The turn around time for this item is 10 business days. That does not include the day your order, weekends, holidays, or actual transit times. If you order another item that has a longer shipping time, this item will ship together with the other item. Any shipping issues or return to sender packages based on customer shipping input errors will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
