DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS PLEASE INCLUDE WHAT NAME OR INFORMATION YOU WOULD LIKE ON THE TUMBLER. DOUBLE AND TRIPLE-CHECK THAT YOUR NAME HAS BEEN ENTERED, SAVED, AND SPELLING IS CORRECT. FONTS AND FONT COLORS CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE CHANGED. ACCENT MARKS FOR NAMES ARE NOT AN OPTION FOR CERTAIN FONTS AND MAY NOT BE INCLUDED IN YOUR NAME. 

TURN AROUND TIME IS 6 WEEKS AND WILL COME AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR TUMBLER.

CARE INFORMATION
DO NOT SLAM YOUR TUMBLER DOWN OR DROP IT. HAND WASH ONLY with mild soap and warm (not extremely hot) water! DO NOT WASH IN THE DISHWASHER! Dishwashers use extremely high temperatures to clean dishes and this will RUIN YOUR CUP! DO NOT USE AN ABRASIVE SCRUBBER TO CLEAN THE TUMBLER!  DO NOT KEEP IN DIRECT SUN like a hot car as this may compromise the cover over time. Please treat your tumbler with care and it will last you a long time.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders WILL NOT ship before 6 weeks. BE SURE YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION (email and phone number) and SHIPPING INFO IS CORRECT. Any shipping issues or return to sender packages based on customer shipping input errors will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Check your tracking number in your email order confirmation for shipping updates.

Changes to your order CANNOT be made once the order is placed and multiple orders CANNOT be combined.
