This is a one-hour virtual mentor Zoom call with me. Please fill out the intake form when you book your session, please be specific and detailed so that I can prepare the materials needed to maximize the time of our meeting. Please understand that your time slot is 60 minutes so set realistic goals of what you want to accomplish with that time frame in mind. You have three goals you will list in the intake questions. I will do my best to get to everything while being as thorough as possible. You must come to the booking prepared and in a quiet space. I will start the meeting on time and will admit you into the meeting once you arrive. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your time slot and are a no show, it will be a NO REFUND CANCEL. Time slots are 60 minutes slots on the hour. If you are late, the booking will not be extended for tardiness. TIMES SLOTS ARE BOOKED IN CENTRAL STANDARD TIME, it is your responsibility to ensure that you know what time that is in relation to your time zone. Tardiness or missed bookings because of time zone misunderstandings will result in a NO REFUND CANCEL AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER TIME SLOT.

When you book your time slot you will receive an email about details for your booking and how to connect to the Zoom video call. Please make sure that you are aware of how the Zoom video call will work, connect, and have added the necessary software or apps so that our connection will be seamless. If you have an issue with accessing your meeting at your scheduled time you need to MESSAGE ME ON MY WEBSITE CHAT FEATURE ONLY! Messaging me there gives me an immediate notification to assist you. If you try to email or send me a social media message it may get sent to spam or I may not see it until hours later or see it at all!
If you have any questions or are unsure of how the mentor session works, message me on the chat feature of my website in the bottom left hand corner BEFORE you book. Once you book, time slots CANNOT be canceled or refunded. DO NOT EMAIL ME! Unknown emails can get sent to spam/junk and I will likely miss them. If you need to reschedule you must RESCHEDULED PRIOR TO THE START TIME OF YOUR SESSION by messaging me on my website chat feature ONLY!
BY BOOKING THIS SESSION YOU AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS:
1. I understand any communication about bookings MUST be done through the website chat feature ONLY. Teach Over the Rainbow WILL NOT communicate through email or social media messaging.
2. I understand once I book, bookings CANNOT be canceled or refunded.
3. I understand I am allowed a ONE TIME courtesy reschedule time/day change THAT MUST BE RESCHEDULED PRIOR TO THE START TIME OF YOUR SESSION. After that, it will be a NO REFUND CANCEL. If you reschedule your session, you will use the original meeting link for your rescheduled session.
4. I understand that my session goals will be based on the intake questions I filled out when I booked my session. (Be very specific so that I can be prepared). I will not cover things that were not added to your intake goals, as these goals are what I have prepared our session for.
5. This is NOT a physical product. This is a one-on-one mentor booking session. This is a NO REFUND NO CANCEL order. Time slots CANNOT be canceled or refunded. If you need to reschedule your time slot (ONE TIME COURTESY), you MUST MESSAGE ME ON MY WEBSITE CHAT FEATURE ONLY! DO NOT EMAIL ME! Unknown sender emails can get sent to spam/junk. If you email to reschedule or because you have log on issues for your session and you miss your time slot it will be a NO REFUND CANCEL and you cannot reschedule.
